And he is suppose to resemble another Salemite. IMHO he looks like a cross between Rafe and Chad, but he is oh so cute! I hope he works out because he is definitely another bit of Salem eye candy.
are smart enough to know better. They read what’s written and think OOOOOHHHH that sounds so good! When in reality, those of us who watch the show are thinking that is so gross! I don’t think they see things from the same perspective as the long time viewers. I am just nauseous everytime I see Rafe2 on screen, eventhough he’s the same actor, it’s the character and the incredibly awful treatment of Sami that gets me. When she finds out, what’s going to happen to EJ and Stefano? Nothing, so why have this story? At some point in time, she’ll forgive EJ because he’s "changed" or he’s the "father of her children" or some other BS. I am so sick of this. Glad this writer was fired, but Dena Higley ought to go too. Lots of heads should have rolled over this.
I watch Days–it’s my guilty pleasure. But I’ve been able to speed through the show because I just hit the ff on the DVR and skip every sickening scene that involves this ridiculous story.
Not that I’m gung ho over the actress, but couldn’t they wait and see if she would grow on us. I like her with Theo, I can’t picture Tamara Braun pulling that off. And yes, she’s too darn old to play Taylor, Nicole’s "little" sister. They are smoking some mighty heavy duty stuff in casting if they think any of us will buy into it. If they wanted to change the character to less of a doormat all they had to do was ask the actress to do that. That’s what acting is, no one is playing themselves on the show.
Shame on them for being so short sighted. I think this will backfire. I still see Tamara as crazy Ava, so I’m not feeling the love for her as Taylor.
Haven’t watched yet, but I have been ff’ing through all the Rafe and faux Rafe scenes. I just can’t stomach this. EJ is an a$$hole! He’s a selfish sack of crap! When this story is done, I’ll watch them again. Until that time, I will make a one hour show last 20 minutes.
You can find out you’re pregnant and have your baby 2 months later.

You can "create" a double of someone and their spouse can’t tell the difference–all of their manerisms and every physical inch of them is just the same as the original and everything they do (kissing, etc.) is just like the real person.
She wanted to cop a plea bargain and she’d give the name of the "big guy" and then she was threatened by an officer working for Stefano, so she said Dr. Ben was the one in charge of the operation.
That religious group was on in the 80’s. Taylor was on about 12 or 13 years ago. She had a crush on Eric, but that was at the time that Nicole and Eric were an item. She left town because she couldn’t deal with Eric’s lack of interest in her. As for the connection with Abe and Lexi, I’m going to assume that the writers want us to think that because Brandon is Abe’s son, that somehow there is this long-lost connection with Taylor. Maybe they are thinking no one has watched this show long enough to remember that there were no scenes between these characters all those years ago.
When I was in high school, many moons ago, I didn’t care one way or the other. However, a criminal was being transferred from the county jail, to a bonafide detention center and managed to escape from the vehicle by grabbing the deputy’s gun and overcoming the deputy. The criminal then proceeded to run through the neighborhood trying to find an unlocked door so he could hide. He came to the home of classmate, walked right in, raped her, then made her drive him out of town so he could escape. He was caught, but the reality of what he did and how easy it was for him to get in, really made me cautious. I don’t care what a person wants to steal–they’re just objects, but doing physical harm to myself or my children would be a trauma I just don’t think I could live with, especially knowing that it could have been prevented by just locking the door.
My house is always locked too. And personally, I would not appreciate someone just walking into my home, even if I were here. That would scare the bejeezus out of me.
I’ve actually been working this week so I haven’t watched much. I think I saw Monday’s show. Taylor is going to be a good addition. Everyone should record this show. I have no patience for the lame and stupid Stefano/EJ/Faux Rafe story. Absolutely the most stupid move Days has made since the entire town died and reappeared on an island. I won’t watch it at all.
As for Kate, why can’t the writers let her stay just a tad likeable. I’m not saying good, just a bad girl you like to watch. When she gets as hateful as she is getting, all I can say is I hate Kate. I enjoyed all of the scenes when she was helping Brady get back at Viv, but I’m not interested in watching her take Parker away from Chloe.
Hopefully, this will move along quickly and I can get back to watching the whole show.
but after seeing Jennifer lying there without a heart for 2 days I’m wondering why they would keep her alive to begin with. And then, could she really live on life support without a heart? I agree that they shouldn’t even do these stories if they can’t at least have a little bit of reality. This is like a sci-fi B movie–just awful!
