Glad you are with family while your husband is working such a rigorous schedule. Gary is doing very well. His parents just held "Strike out Sarcoma" event to raise money for sarcoma research. Last spring my oldest daughter and I participated on Paula’s Pillowcase Project with his mom, Paula. We made flannel pillowcases for children undergoing treatment at Children’s Hospital in Seattle. If you’re on Facebook, you can find the group named for the project and see lots of pictures. Gary is in 8th grade this year, playing soccer and baseball and getting ready to go to Australia next year as an exchange student. He has made an amazing recovery and we are all so thankful for that. Shouldn’t there have been some blood on that pin? She stabs him, pulls it out and then puts it back onto her jacket without so much as a drop of blood. He’s not just out, I think he may be dead.
This by far is one of the more intriguing stories on Days. I am so glad to see that they are shelving the older actors. Finally giving them some juicy stories, YAY!!!!!
I will have to catch up on things, but to piggy back, what if Will or Caroline, shot EJ? And then later it is discovered that Lucas never shot EJ the first time around. Maybe Lucas was protecting Will then and maybe Caroline is protecting Will now or herself.
I like the theory that Caroline runs down Ariana, certainly would make a very good story. That would pull other characters into the whodunnit story and just the thought of a sweet old lady being protective of her family would add interest. Otherwise, with Sami being the shooter and the person who runs down Ariana, it’s too easy and once all is discovered, Sami would go to jail.
Lord know there are enough stranger than fiction stories in the papers these days. I’m sure they could pick up an LA Times and get a bunch of freaky stories.
They should fire these writers who are incredibly unoriginal. The baby DNA switch has been done before, who’s the daddy has been done before (too many times) and buried alive is old too. Talent is definitely lacking in the writing department.
I have never liked this character even when she was portrayed by the other actress. If she’s not bitter with a chip on her shoulder, she’s whiny and crying. I just can’t stand her.
I think is wasn’t very wedding-ish and it would have looked better if it weren’t so tight. When fitted dresses are worn so skin tight the bunch up and look weird. A little looser on bottom and it would have laid much nicer.
The hair thing was really a large bit of Christmas ribbon that was wrapped and pinned around her head. Now I can’t wait to shop for Christmas ribbon just so I can put it in my hair.
Interesting to find out that the "hair decoration" was Christmas ribbon. I’m going to buy myself some the next time I’m at Michael’s and do the same for my hair during the holidays. I think it will certainly turn any hair-do into something elegant. Love that she say’s it’s comfortable unlike a hairband.
First of all, as far as we know, the only people who know Chloe even had the paternity test are Chloe, Carly and Phillip. Then Stephanie found out, but we know she isn’t the one that did any switching. Now spoilers are out that say Nathan worked late at the hospital to check test results–wouldn’t those be at Salem not St. Mary’s? They are trying to make us think he switched them to Phillip so that he could get Melanie back and that Daniel is the father. I don’t think I’ve missed anything, so when did he find out that Chloe and Phillip had a fling? I thought he only knew that Chloe had slept with "someone" but no specifics on "who." I think in the end, Daniel will be the father of said baby, but by the time we find this out, Phillip and Chloe will be together, and Melanie and Nathan will be together and Stephanie and Daniel won’t even exist anymore.
I thought it was just beautiful and honestly, it would make a plain ponytail look stunning and elegant. Where can we get that?
Days is getting so pathetic. We have been complaining forever about how sick and tired we are of these "Who’s the daddy?" storylines, yet they make sure we get at least one a year. They also re-use the Stefano’s newest unknown storyline every couple of years. I am sick of the lack of creativity on this show. How hard is it to come up with some interesting stuff? If you read the newspaper there’s some bizarre stuff that would make for great soap opera material, but no, we just get recycled stories every year. IMHO, I bet this DNA stuff has been switched so many times, that in the end, the baby will be Daniel’s but by the time they figure it out, he and Chloe will be over, he’ll be with Carly, Nathan and Melanie will be together, and Phillip, Stephanie and Chloe will be in some new triangle.
