What makes you guys think Chad and Will are going to be in a gay storyline? Did I miss something? Not only that they’ve both been in love w/Mia.
That said, if the writers were really good, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. There are hundreds of teenagers who deal with being gay and having to hide things from their friends. It must be really hard. However, I don’t think the writers on Days are good enough to do this story. It would be as in and out as Theo’s autism, Phillip’s prosthesis, infertility storylines and rape storylines. They just mention it for a couple of weeks and then it’s over like a party that you plan for and then clean-up and it’s on to something new.
I wanted to slap the crap out of her. How dare her look so great after 2 kids. Not one stretch mark or a bit of loose skin. How disgusting! My belly looks like a wrinkled road map. If I am to believe that she is self conscious about her body, put her in a one piece, not a bikini w/ a towel wrapped very low on the hips.
This whole thing with the two of them makes me want to hurl! Sorry, there is no chemistry with them and it’s somewhat reminiscent of the Chloe/Lucas scenes. Gross! And what’s with Stephanie telling Nathan she loves him? She just started going out/sleeping with him. Really how many dates have they had–that don’t include sex. There is nothing romantic or the least bit interesting about these two in a relationship. Disgusting!
Why are all the females on this show immature and weak? They are all dying to catch a man and they are so immature that they immediately think, "I’ll get pregnant!" Stupid. Sami can’t be without a man, Chloe can’t be without one, and they’ve just written her very immature and impetuous by having her sleep w/Phillip, and now we have Stephanie pulling this stunt. Where are the strong women? Mind you, these aren’t the only weak ones. Carly and Hope are the same way. Arianna and Nicole, also. Except for Maggie and Caroline and maybe Adrienne, is there any other female that really strikes you as mature?
I think they’ve dropped this too. I thought Maggie was having a relapse of her myasthenia gravis(sp). They were going to take care of her. She had a couple of episodes and that was the last we saw of it. Nathan took her to the hospital and I don’t even recall an official diagnosis of a relapse. The writers are too busy being un-original and going with everyone’s cheating on everyone storylines. YUCK!
They keep doing this and it makes me wonder if someone comes up with a story, they start it, then get rid of the person who came up with the idea and they drop the story. There are so many like this on Days and I don’t think they realize the lack of continuity for the viewers.
I haven’t seen the commercial yet, but ITA, that little boy is quite talented and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him go on to bigger and better things. The last little girl they had play Shawn’s and Belle’s daughter was also quited talented as is Ciera. I’d rather see some of these little one’s on screen more than the teens–who seem to be boring me to death.
Bring back Billie. She’s always had bad luck with men, maybe she and Rafe could hit it off. Isn’t she working for Titan in London now?
and I think this would be more stupid than anything ever done on Days. Chad is younger than Phillip. When on earth could Kate have become the mother of Chad? The writers are getting worse every day. Oh, it just hit me, they’ll say that when Phillip was conceived he wasn’t the only embryo and Vivian took him and left the other one. Then Chad’s mom had the embryo implanted in her or a surrogate or something else incredibly stupid and thus Chad was born.
That Chad’s mom and Kate used to be friends and that the secret Chad’s mom knows about Kate could "change Chad’s life forever." Crap! Another baby she didn’t know she had, I suppose. That would have had to happen after she had Phillip in this case. Can the get any more stupid and insane!
there’s no who’s the daddy storyline. I would find it very hard to believe especially since Phillip is also suppose to have some fertility issues–remember he and Belle had to have in-vitro to conceive the baby that went into the surrogate and was really Mimi’s and Phil’s.
I don’t like the way they have made Chloe so insecure about her relationship with Daniel. I just wish they would get rid of Carly and make the whole story go away. I think this is the third time they’ve brought a character from the past that we all thought we’d love to see return, only to absolutely make me hate the character, wish they were gone and never heard from again.
Phillip’s hair and the infidelity storyline. I am so not happy. I liked Daniel and Chloe together. I am also bewildered by the reasoning behind Phillip showing up at Chloe’s doorstep. Of all the places in the world to go when you think your wife is cheating. Then to have a roll in the sack with her. I’m one unhappy viewer over the mess this will have created.
I just think Victor and Maggie have that wonderful ability to flirt and be sassy at the same time. I would so prefer them together the Victor and Vivian. Vivian brings out the worst in Victor, he’s always having to commit a crime to cover for her. I think we would see his good side come out w/Maggie, much like when he was with Caroline.
I was hoping Dan and Chloe would make it to the altar after all they have been through. Why do the writers do this to us. We only briefly get to see any couple happy and married. Even Phillip and Melanie are on bad footing from the get-go. I think this is what the viewers miss, a courtship and romance that ends in a marriage instead of bringing couples together through difficulties and then splitting them up over contrived stories. Really, why does Carly have to be involved in Bo and Hope’s relationship and now be the home wrecker for Dan and Chloe?
