Since Will broke up with her and Chad ditched her too, I was wondering if there would be any purpose to her character especially since she has no family to speak of in Salem. Now if they could just get rid of that horrid mean girl that shows up every now and then–I forgot her name, but that’s no surprise since I found her character unworthy of my viewing time.
And this is stupid. Tornadoes are "freakish" not hurricanes. You see the hurricane develop and they track it. They don’t pop up out of no where. But this is not unusual for the writers. How often do we see snow in Salem and the women are running around in high heel strappy sandals–outside. Or they’re wearing short sleeves in winter. The writers and wardrobe people need to go spend sometime in the upper midwest and see what winter is really like. They also need to watch the weather channel so they can get a clue that hurricanes aren’t "freak" and out of nowhere. Very stupid!
At least the nightgown Melanie wore covered her "hoo-hah." When Ari had to squat and pick up those pearls I found myself scared to death that we would see more of her than necessary. Maybe she should have borrowed Melanie’s gown. Oops, scratch that, that dress has a hole in it. I hope there won’t be anymore of these hideous dresses. I actually screamed when I saw this one, it was such a shock!
No I wouldn’t want a long gown at the beach, but the dress was hideous from the waist down. Way too short and didn’t look like it went with the top. It was really ugly! Also, way too short and looked to me like something a hooker or playboy playmate would wear for a wedding.
I’m going to guess that this is all related to the budget for Days. I haven’t watched much this week, I’m trying to catch up, but I bet they are keeping the weddings down budget wise That’s the only explanation for Melanies negligee/wedding gown and whatever Ari is wearing. I did see Brady’s outfit, looked like a cotton shirt and white cotton slacks–pretty low budget to me.
I was just trying to find someone already on the show, so they didn’t have to add a new character. But I love the idea of the former "Sheridan" from Passions. They were hot together and I didn’t even watch the show. Just caught glimpses when my mom would visit. I am just sick of Sami. I would like to see Carly gone. I really looked forward to her coming back, but I hate how she’s been written. I think the writers have a knack for destroying characters when they bring them back. I just hope she’s gone soon, and I hope Rafe comes out of his Sami coma.
The child that plays Theo has a bright future. He has played Theo so well, even when Theo’s autism was more severe. Just one more thought, I loved when Lexie told EJ that her son is autistic, but he’s very bright. He’s very perceptive and I hope Lexie is onto something and figures out that evil EJ.
I’m a grown-up Harry Potter fan and I want to go so badly! I think my husband wants to wait until our youngest, now 5, is a little older so she can enjoy as much as the rest of us. I’m hoping in a couple of years some of the kinks will be worked out too. Hope you have a great time, I know it will be exciting!
This is absolutely preposterous! No way could she ever get security clearance. Federal jobs are not easy to get. Sami has had such a colorful past–in a bad way–and there is no way she could qualify to work there. I certainly wouldn’t give her a job.
I’d rather they swig lots of coffee than all the alcohol they are normally drinking. EJ is drinking from morning to night. So glad Dr. Dan quit boozing so much, too. And I was just about sick of all the "let me get you a cup of tea" talk, as if tea makes everything better.
Agree with all. I consider Phillip one of the "younger" guys and I’m at least 20 yrs. older than he is, but I think he is incredibly handsome–BUT! his hair is incredibly gross! I want to wash and cut it. What have they done to him, or not done?
Anna, Hope, Melanie, Lexi and Sami all have gorgeous hair. Why do Kate, Carly and Vivian have the worst–maybe it’s to make us dislike them physically and add to our dislike of the characters in general. Kate looked like she ought to be the ringmaster at a circus yesterday. I couldn’t figure out her hair because of the dead animal draped around her neckline–YUCK! Vivian’s hair is either bizaar or the worst wig I’ve ever seen. And Carly shouldn’t wear "bump-its" in her hair. Too much forehead too much height, it makes a lovely woman look very odd.
Maybe no one watches the show and sees how these people appear to us.
How did she get off the plane? The pilot announced that they were the next in line to take off. Did they just push her out when she said she wanted to leave? Writers have screwed up again. In this day and age with the heightened amount of security that would never happen. To say the least, terrorists should attack Salem because security at the airport is so lax. That might be a good storyline for the show.
Carly is pretty, but the hair-do was a don’t! Who thought of that style for her? And why are they always making her look so frumpy. Is this another case of how they dressed poor Kayla? Stylists, get a clue. You take attractive women and make them look so matronly and frumpy–Stop It!
Any dufus would know better. The writers have forgotten about the rape as has Sami. Sorry I wouldn’t forgive or forget, regardless of whether or not he fathered a child or two. That is the lowest of the low and it is very hard for me, personally, to accept this from the victim. The worst thing was her allowing EJ to stay the night at her place. What?!!!!! Sorry, but I was yelling at the TV when she told him o.k. and then acted as if Rafe was acting petty and childish for not wanting to be there. Maybe they should consider stratightening Carly’s life out and she and Rafe should get together because Sami is an idiot and doesn’t deserve him.
