I thought the same thing–how stupid is she? I wouldn’t want to leave that baby with anyone, not even my mom or grandma. So typical of Salem motherhood–just drop them with someone else.
EJ is awful, this story is awful and if Sami buys it she is awful too. I can’t believe the writers are allowing Sami to be so gullible where EJ is concerned and treating Rafe so badly. I’m glad Sydney’s back but I hope the truth comes out soon because I hate seeing EJ get away with this mess.
Days has the hottest guys in daytime! I’m not into the younger ones, Chad, Will, Nathan, but even they are cute guys if you’re a young girl. I get frustrated by the storylines often, but it’s those gorgeous men that keep me tuned in!
that Shawn Christian and Crystal Chappell were both surprised that the writers were going this way on this story. This is the second time the writers have really thrown a wrench in the works with Dr. Dan’s character. Remember the revelation that he’d slept with Kate. I actually liked the pairing of Dan and Chloe, I’m sad to see that they are going to do everything in their power to ruin their relationship.
Maybe he can go to England and visit Chelsea. Then, ala Ozzy Osborne, he can have a motorcycle accident and ask for Hope. Hope goes to England, gives Bo the will to live, and they reunite and live happily ever after.
As for Peter being off screen for a month–What the hell are they thinking? Are they just going to drop every story that he is involved in or put the story on hold? I don’t think TPTB have the least little bit of sense.
He has the most gorgeous eyes!!! Even my 12 yr. old, who never shows interest in boys, thinks Rafe has beautiful eyes. I also like his character. One of the few men who has a bit of brains and he is kind too.
I haven’t seen yesterday’s show yet, but I am so happy that you brought up EJ the rapist. I am so befuddled by Sami’s reaction to him. Doesn’t she have enough sense to realize how wicked this man is? He raped Sami, nearly killed John and stole his kidney, tortured Steve, switched test tubes with Belle and Mimi, the list goes on, yet somehow Sami trusts this guy! HUH!!!! I don’t get it and the writers are the biggest idiots of all because they think that the fans/viewers don’t remember. I remember and I will never forget what a bastard EJ really is.
but her character on Passions did everything in her powers to get Ethan (now our Brady). Her character in my opinion was immature. I didn’t like her on Passions–this was a show my mom watched. Her character on Days is nothing like Teresa on Passions, thank goodness! She is much stronger, less manipulative and doesn’t play the games Teresa played.
I have a hard time understanding Sami falling for anything EJ says or does. The one person she knows she can trust is Rafe, and she treats him like crap. I agree with you both, he just needs to move on because no one needs to be treated so horribly.

Why do they bring back actors and then make their character totally unpalatable. I used to like Carly, but this time around she neurotic, spastic and real Nervous Nelly type and she is constantly relying on Bo to take care of her. If this is how she’s going to be, please send her away.
I could not agree more about the nauseating pairing of Stephanie and Nathan-YUCK! This is as bad as Chloe and Lucas, like watching siblings have sex with each other. There is absolutely no chemistry with these two. I have to ff through their scenes too. It just grosses me out.
I too am tired of the EJ/Sami/Rafe kidnapping story. I ff through that too because I know EJ is a phoney. I am looking forward to this story coming to an end. I hope the writers get a clue that the viewers do not enjoy this one bit.
She was operated on with her hair still up from her wedding and the next thing we see it’s down and flowing. Does anyone remember a few years ago when Mimi left hers and Shawn’s apartment with blonde hair and walked into Belle’s and Phillip’s apartment with dark brown hair? That was terrible editing and timing.
Since I was 4–that would be in the 60’s when the show was fairly new. Yeah those stories were horrible, I think JER was a crappy writer–I never liked anything he did. BUT! I don’t like the idea of using children to exact revenge. Sami hid her baby trying to protect the child from the Dimera family–not out of revenge. This is EJ at his worst and I just can’t stand all the manipulation. I just read spoilers saying he’s going to now write a new ransom note saying Sydney’s alive because he realizes he drove Rafe and Sami together instead of apart and he wants to be the hero for her. Just get the damn story overwith! The child’s going to be in college before they settle this.
and that must have been one heck of a nosebleed. BTW, was she wearing that outfit when she was kidnapped? Because I just can’t imagine that a real bonafide kidnapper would have also gone and gotten Sydney’s clothes prior to the kidnapping. How convenient. Sorry I’m so cynical, I’m just not buying into the story so I’m overly nitpicky.
