If Julie’s lines were about no marriage being perfect and about sticking together through thick and thin, then why do the writers put us through the hell of watching Bo and Hope torture each other. I am totally disgusted with this. I don’t care if they never get back together at this point, because I’m sure the writers would have them part once again about a year down the road. How about these two doing something besides separating constantly.

I saw Sunset Boulevard in a film course in college and fell in love with Gloria Swanson. That is an awesome movie and has my favorite movie line of all time, "I’m still big, the pictures have just gotten smaller!"
Caroline was a the vigil at the pier. She was never at Bo and Hope’s. Personally, I thought the whole Christmas was skimpy. It looked like 5 or 6 people showed up and that was it. I remember when it used to be a whole house full of people and was so festive. Instead they had this little group of people and it was totally depressing. And where were the ornaments for Jack, Jennifer, Abby and Jack Jr.? How about showing us the ornaments for Mike Horton and Jeremy. I don’t like that they didn’t show us all the ornaments, it was bad enough that the gathering was minimal.
Asheville is in the moutains–more the foothills just before you hit the Appalachian Trail. Nora, when the weather is better and you’re moved in, go there and visit the Biltmore House. It is gorgeous! If you are there a couple of days go up to Boone, eat at the Daniel Boone Inn, it’s family style and yummy. Then go and visit Blowing Rock for some beautiful views of the Appalachians.
Have the writers not figured out how tired the viewers are of this back and forth with Bo and Hope? I couldn’t care less about them.
Lucas has grated on my last nerve. And you are absolutely right to say he doesn’t have chemistry with anyone but Sami. I couldn’t stomach Chloe with him. She and Dan are a much better pairing. They don’t seem to know what to do with his character, so better to have his character gone. I love Bryan, he’s so funny. I wish they had let that side of him shine on the show, but instead they always played him as an angry sap–if you can be that. Good luck to him wherever he may go.
I was going to say Hope’s and idiot, but now that I think about it, the writer’s are idiots. This is the one storyline viewers are sick of. Can’t they think of something better to do with Bo and Hope? Is the only thing the writers can come up with for them is to constantly split them up. Come on! They don’t have a foot in the grave, they are a vibrant, talented couple of actors who deserve a decent story, not this BS.
I know I read when Ali had her first bab, Ben, she used to bring him to the set with her. Maybe Ari will do the same.
Yes, I was curious too. When he first came on the show he took Sami to the convent and stated that he grew up in the orphanage there. Did they change the story of Rafe so quickly?
I didn’t know they had such nice sheets on those cots. My 11 yr. old saw Nicole in the jail and asked me when did jails start having such nice beds?
Nora, glad to hear that you are happy to be heading south. Your right, he shouldn’t be calling 46 cold. I lived in MN for 4 yrs, so now in WA 46 is nice. Hope you have a great Christmas and a safe move.
