Well you are using your made up version of the law. Everything on a soap isn’t necessarily based on what really happens, but you are the one accusing Justin of stealing exculpatory evidence. That didn’t happen. I can’t imagine that’s where the writers would go. That was the only way Xander is able to prove his innocence.
Well to your knowledge, you’re wrong. My husband is an attorney and we had this discussion. If the evidence the prosecution has is planned to be used, they have to give it to the defense.
No he can’t. He is Robert Stein regardless of his memory. They’ve proven who he is. This is again a product of bad writing. Less than a month until we get the real writers and I sure hope all of these horrible stories get straightened out soon.
First, Justin didn’t steal anything. It’s called discovery. The prosecution has to give the defense everything he’s going to use or is considered exculpatory evidence. You really shouldn’t speak about the law when you don’t understand it. Justin is allowed to show Xander the packet of info. I hope if you’re ever in a similar situation, your lawyer would share with you what the defense has against you. It’s part of your rights.
The proof isn’t useless. The proof is to clear Xander, not convict Stefan. No one but Stefan, EJ, and Harris know that Stefan is the shooter. Xander’s only concern is clearing his name. He had to find something to prove he’s not the guy on the camera.
I think the signature of the person who wrote the will was doctored. Just my theory. Because Xander’s name and Alex’s name did not appear in the letter, the only name we saw was the signature of Anjelica (I think that’s Alex’s mother). What is Xander’s mother’s name? Isn’t it something similar?
I’m not sure how Nicole’s exit will play out. Considering AZ was done so wrong by Days and is now suing Days, I’m not sure if they’ll just have her go out to the mall with Jude, and never return ala Don Craig, or if they’ll have a big ending to the character. I do know it’s coming up soon, so who knows?
AZ has revealed that the episodes where she finds out Jude is hers have been filmed. Now I don’t know if they’ll reveal that Jude is Eric’s also, but possibly not because we do know AZ is leaving so maybe she leaves with baby Jude.
Jamie Martin Mann has gone back to college. He’s also only 20 years old. I doubt he’ll become the new Will. And I don’t think Xander is out of the will, since he really is the son that Victor denied. When all is revealed and the big lie ends, Xander will be in charge.
Theresa is not a natural blonde. When Jen Lilley was on, the OG Theresa, she was a brunette until returning a few years ago. Regardless, it’s obvious even this Theresa(EO) is not a natural blonde. Hair color doesn’t really bother me. If they’re going to keep EO as Theresa on the show long term, they should let her go back to being brunette and ditch that hideous wig.
My personal opinion, he’s too old to play a 17 year old high school student. And I just saw a photo of him with his fiancée. She is the woman who has been subbing for Sloan the past few days. Sorry, but this is a little weird for me since Sloan’s character is Tate’s lawyer. Also, EO is 38. So I could maybe buy that she had a kid at 18–being that old Tate is 20. However, she’d have been 12 to have had a 26 year old right now. I know their characters are not their real life ages, but I don’t see how someone doesn’t see new Tate and think he’s too old to be Theresa’s son.
I don’t think these temp writers have any original stories. Look at the Nicole and baby Jude storyline. Most of the stories happening right now are crappy and dragging and mostly repeats of stories we’ve already watched.
No, because it wouldn’t be the first time. And does Kristen work for someone? I thought Brady was working for Basic Black and that’s under Dimera now.
