Tiger is my all time favorite. So much more fun than watching Days. A great game today for Phil also, happy to see that for him. Sorry guys, but I really enjoyed my afternoon today.
mshults60ParticipantIt will be Golf and Tiger Woods instead of Days.
mshults60ParticipantGlad to hear you mention how much we miss when we have to depend on those captions. I do love that we have those wonderful captions but when the script runs so far behind we are always missing the punch line on jokes. When they cut away for the commercial the captions stop and we are left hanging. So, I know just what you mean.
mshults60ParticipantWe know we saw him throw those black gloves away, so maybe he was helping Lexie clean things up after she shot Steffy??? But, why would they have left the gun behind, why not toss that also???
mshults60ParticipantHowever, why would they just ship the body off to Italy and not have any of the family go along for the burial??? They wouldn’t do that and no one ever mentioned they were going along with the body. Strange. And, was there a memorial?? I didn’t see that but I have missed a show here and there.
mshults60Participantwhen Lexie said, I want to stay out till dark when the stars come out. You knew that was going to be the end.
mshults60ParticipantFor most of the show, I was waiting for some sign from him, a grin or a wink. Wonder how they play to bring him back?? For real or just in flash backs??
mshults60ParticipantHow funny—I walked in and mentioned to my hubby that those bangs need some serious scissors. Very strange indeed.
mshults60ParticipantSo, everyone touched the gun except the person that actually fired the gun had on gloves. Someone is going to have a lot of "mopping" to do in that mansion!! And, most shocking of all, none of them bumped into each other!! My guess is Lexie.
mshults60ParticipantI looked like the hem was all ruffled up or something, like a balloon. Also couldn’t tell if it was a skirt or pants. It was strange indeed.
mshults60ParticipantSo far now it has been interrupted twice with silly breaking news reports. All the cable news channels and they can’t leave the soaps alone.
April 2, 2012 at 3:06 pm in reply to: Shouldn’t be surprised when reading that Days Cafe says… #32110mshults60ParticipantI’m not sure I know just what that is???? Can you explain a bit?? Thanks.
mshults60ParticipantYou guys need to check out Hulu.com—-Put Days of Our Lives in the box and it will give you a choice of which episode you want to see. For me it is just wonderful because the captions are in bright yellow and so much easier to read than the cc on my regular TV. We have never had any kind of cable or dish stuff and probably won’t. I hate paying for something I can still get free even if it isn’t everything. Most things now come around on dvd sooner or later anyway. Today’s show won’t be available until tomorrow, that is one thing I would like to change. Would love to watch it tonight since I missed it today.
mshults60ParticipantVery well said, IzzyB—-So much more in common and we need to get back to that realization. Labels, labels and more labels—-and folks always getting their feelings so hurt
That certainly needs improving. (Dear Congress, are you listening???) If only they could understand how much they contribute to this situation. OK, off the soapbox now. Bye
mshults60Participantto read that you are the same marvelous age as me!!! How are you enjoying it so far?? Really not for whimps, is it??? Such a shock to look in the mirror, well, I don’t do that unless I have to. (and, nope—never had anyone stumble into my waiting arms either.)
