This Abby/Gabi DID sl is driving me insane. So is the sl with John Black trying to kill Steve. John would NEVER do that to Steve; and I love the actor who plays Stephan (Tyler Christopher?)…. at least I loved him on General Hospital …. can’t stand him on DOOL with his Abigail obsession, but that’s just a few of the things I don’t like about the writing right now. I’m hoping something peaks my interest more heading toward May sweeps; otherwise, I just watch out of habit. But, to each their own, so I understand if people don’t agree with me right now. Guess I just miss the oldies but goodies from yesteryear!
My guess is, if he doesn’t improve significantly this season, I don’t expect to see him here next year.
I’ve never been a fan of Eve and actually despised her back when she was having an affair with JJ, but boy I was glad she pulled the role reversal on Brady. He deserved, more than most, a dose of his own medicine. Good Job Eve!
all the posts I’ve missed. I was hospitalized for 10 days in December with a G.I. Bleed that was pretty severe, but I’ve recovered nicely; anyway, I have not been as happy with the show as most of you have been. Seems so far fetched and unbelievable to me, even for a soap (LOL); however, it’s getting better for me lately. There are some characters I simply cannot stand, and probably never will (Claire Brady seems to be on everyone’s list), and I couldn’t stand Ciara when she first returned, but now I’m loving the Ciara/Tripp coupling and hope the writers keep them going with no interference from Claire or anyone else. Anyway, I have been reading the board, just not posting. I appreciate the concern and will try and do better with keeping up with the comments and the postings. I just lost interest in the show for a while, but have to say that my interest has picked up over the last several weeks. Looking forward to getting back into our sports talks soon, so I’ll be posting more then. Meanwhile, thanks again for your concern and everyone else who might have been wondering what in the heck happened to me.
and she never disappoints me. Wish we could keep her around longer. It’s been a long time since I’ve tried to get everything done before 1:00 p.m. so I don’t have to miss a minute of DOOL, and because I still tape it every day, I can go back and watch the really good days over again. Love what your doing, RC!
at least she’s never boring (LOL)! Hopefully, she’ll be with is through November sweeps and longer. I know she’s a busy gal, but I’m hoping for at least a 3-month run before she’s off again. She just makes my day of watching DOOL so much more enjoyable! Welcome back Samantha….now go get em’!
we didn’t see Raines, Roman, Abe, or any other Commissioner acting like Hope is acting. What Commissioner would allow his/her detective to call the shots as to who will or will not be hired, and flat out say to him/her, "no, absolutely not, I won’t allow it, or I won’t work with him/her. I’ll tell you what would appen….the detective would be out the door. I wonder if this is the writer’s way of pulling Hope and Rafe apart as a couple, which should be done anyway. I mean how many police commissioners could actually be allowed to make out in the squad room with one of their detectives? Just poorly written and completely unbelievable.
I also wonder if Rafe will start befriending Sami, which might just blow his relationship with Hope sky high anyway. I mean, I don’t mind them together (Hope/Rafe that is), but I do know that they are not a very popular coupld on many of /the boards.
Incidentally, I absolutely agree with Rafe on the J.J. situation. She did it because he’s family and nothing more, and that should never be allowed to have happened, regardless of how many believe Ben needed to be blown away. J.J. should not have been reinstated so quickly without facing some serious consequences for his action.
we had a golden opportunity to win after the tie and going into overtime, and then blew it. Our offense was simply horrid yesterday. Then, the Steelers, who haven’t been playing their usual magnificent game, wind up beating the first place Chiefs, who were 3-0 going into their game, even though Big Ben still hasn’t quite found himself this season. I honestly don’t know what is wrong with Joe Flacco; perhaps its our OC who’s all over the place week to week with the ground game to the passing game….whatever, we should have taken that game yesterday, but once again fell short.
Really a tough one for the Pack losing Rogers for the season with a broken collarbone. I saw that takedown and knew Aaron was in big trouble, even before they brought out the cart.
Same tough luck happening with the Bills as well. Well, all we can do is keep the faith, even though the injuries keep mounting for all of our teams.
portraying autism, IMO. I don’t have anyone in my family who is autistic, but I know people who do, and they relate more like Freddie as Dr. Shaun Murphy than anyone, especially the young man who portrays Theo on DOOL!
once again, I’m truly loving the show. Now, don’t run out of ideas Ron Carlivati….you’re really doing the show justice now!
