when I truly liked Chad and Gabi together; well, that’s over now! I honestly can’t stand them. I hope Abbey is strong enough to chip him to the curb or at least walk away from both of them and move on with her life, but that’s probably wishful thinking on my part. There’s no excuse for his "torn between two lovers" bull here. Why did he even feel the need to try and regain his marriage if he still held this love for Gabi. The two of them made me sick to my stomach today.
but Paul Telfer will return to our screens as Xander during May sweeps, so that may be part of Deimos’ exit sl; this is not a spoiler, because I just know Xander is returning, don’t know for how long, how or why, but if anyone has a huge grudge to hold against Deimos, it would be Xander. Then again, perhaps Deimos will be the one who will bring Xander back to Salem for some evil deed. He did banish him from Salem unless and until he needs him. We’ll see what his story is when he gets here, I guess!
back to our screen. She won’t need Deimos or Brady or anyone else to fight her battles on this one. She’ll be doing it herself. JMO
I just hate the fact that these political interruptions are occurring so often now, and always during the soap hours.
even if the character was horrible. There are so many other ways they could have used VI’s talent, since he is far superior as a villain compared to the cartoon known as Andre DiMera.
these Trump interruptions are totally out of control, because nothing he is saying is meant to do anything but praise himself through lies. And he calls the media dishonest. smdh! I was so damned mad, because I knew the Steve and Kayla wedding was being shown yesterday. I guess the west coast got it, but here on the east coast, that ridiculous interruption began at 12:50 and didn’t end for the next hour and a half, I believe is what they said.
because all we got here were more interruptions on all local chanels for more Trump bullshit. Sorry, I have no respect for this man, but all 3 of our soaps here on the east coast were interrupted, and DOOL, of course, was not shown at all. I can’t tell you how mad I was to miss seeing Stayla’s wedding.
and so she should. I thought she looked lovely. Same goes for Marlena, IMO! And I love that it doesn’t take away the beauty from either one of them.
it’s the proverbial ‘nail in the coffin’! I suppose in soapland, writers think it’s called ‘edge of your seat entertainment!’ LOL!
whether it’s for comic relief or in a regular sl, because I thought she was great when she was the hospital administrator. She may not have been everyone’s cup of tea for her antics back then, but she played the role to perfection. It’s just this silly sl now with Drew involving Jennifer, and now Adrienne and Anne, and this ridiculous orwell device that’s blowing up my appreciation for the actors involved. Too many good actors being thrown under the bus for a horrible sl.
DOOL is over-bloated with cast I, for one, care nothing about, and yet they think bringing back these lost souls of DOOL history is somehow going to breathe new life into the show, or into the fans. Well, it’s not working for this fan. Cut half of this cast and start writing better stories; that would do it for me.
They should have let Stefano stay and die in jail, and that would have been that. Talk about a show creating it’s own doomsday….they might just have it!!! The poor man couldn’t even speak, or stand for that matter, let alone escape prison. If they insist on staying with this….that Stefano is out there, somewhere, I truly believe they just may have sealed that doom. What was it Marlena said…."well, he’ll probably die from ‘something’." Yes, and so will this show, IMO, and this sl may just be what the grim reaper of the Soap Opera genre is waiting for.
On the other hand, I totally did not understand exactly what it was that Shane and Steve did. We were interrupted, once again, by an "I don’t give a *hit" Trump speech with the Japanese leader, so I couldnt follow exactly what it was that Steve and Shane cooked up. Perhaps someone can explain it to me, because that was the real Stefano DiMera in those scenes, played by the incomparable Joe Mascolo, who clearly was in no position to escape from anyone, anywhere. That was degrading for me to watch.
