I thought she did a really great job with her problem and then withdrawal from her opioid addiction. Go figure!
my speculation is her fever spiked so high, he rushed her out to do something to try and bring the fever down, but what is a mystery. She looked wet….did he put snow on her, or dip her in cool water??? Or did he take her into the bathoom and put her in some cold water? Whatever, it was totally unexplained, not to mention it looked ridiculous! Almost as if they’re back to cutting scenes, which, IMO, is not the way to go with this sl. It just makes the writing look worse than it already is, if that’s even possible.
Unfortunately, we are not going to see the results of the new writers until spring, so for now we are still putting up with Higley’s mess.
but I’ve had a very busy week. Anyway, WHAT A DAMN SHAME!!!! Packers did not look good at all, I’m sorry to say. Even the best (to me) QB in the leage sort of gave up on his team. Too many injuries, poor defense, missed tackles, and playing a team who should not have surprised anyone with their fabulous QB in their own right, and a killer offense. Doesn’t change the fact that I kept hoping to see the Packers come back in the second half, but honestly, truth be told, they were simply outplayed!
Hats off to the Falcons, though, and needless to say, I hope they go ALL THE WAY!!! No comments on the other game, except to say GOOOOOO FALCONS!!!
it’s when Ava’s son comes to town that I may change my mind; but, for now, she’s still better than her roommates for me. Although what she sees in dull Joey is beyond me!
never have I ever thought Arianne Zuker was a bad actress, but that entire scene was so poorly written and, dare I say it, "acted". And where was the damn director on this. We should have heard "CUT" right through the TV on those scenes. And yes, this baby sl has turned into just another nightmare scenario for Nicole, but honestly, I’m to the point where I need them to all shut the hell up and get off my screen. LOL!
Claire Brady will never fill Sami’s shoes in a lifetime of trying, but she is on my last damn nerve. I hope Theo puts her plastic ass in place and tells her she’s just too full of herself to have any room for him or anyone else until she perhaps, ummm, "grows up."
As much as I love Vincent Irizarry, it’s really time to put this Deimos Kiriakis out of my misery. He does make one heck of a villain, though, so stop trying to make him grey, because it’s not working. After all, someone has to take Victor’s place in this family, because I don’t see any other place for him on this soap. He just doesn’t click as the "lover" type role, so stop trying to make him one.
Glad to see MM return as Belle, but I don’t believe she or Shawn D. will be here much longer, unless the new writer has decided to write for them. Maybe they can try taking care of their little super selfish fangirl. She may be 19, but she acts like she’s 12. No, wait, the original Ciara at 12 was better than this no talent twit!
And Brady, what was the point of having Chloe divulge all the details to Nicole when you know she’s going to be charged with attempted murder, which, by the way, is what it was, IMO. She had no idea in hell who that guy was, let alone what she thought he was going to do, so she deserves to be right where she is, and now I guess we get ready for a custody battle.
Yes, yes, yes….I so agree with you about the much much better chemistry between Chad and Gabi as opposed to Chad and Abbey.
And Hope, please either get well or die, and then have a long seat for a while. You must be very close to your limit of epis, so let’s get this recovery started!
Gabrielle Haugh. I think she’s pretty, and she sure does already have the "bitchy" personality down, but do we really need this character, because, yeah, Claire just isn’t enough? I don’t know about that yet! I know these are teens, and teens can come across with ‘attitudes’ on just about anything….but really, is this what DOOL needs to bring in the young audience? Personally, I don’t think so, but I can’t say anything about the new actress yet except to say I’m not looking forward to anymore of her shenanigans.
The new teen I WILL be interested in, who will be arriving shortly, will be the son of Ava and Steve, who is probably going to be the real "handful" in the teens sl. I don’t know much background on this kid yet, but the fact that he will, in all likelihood, be an interloper between Jade and Joey, and what happens when this kid realizes that the kid who killed his mother (Ava) will be his half-brother, and Steve will be his bio-dad.

Poor Eric is so damned morose, and he’s building this wall around himself and seems to be refusing to let anyone in, including "Aunt Hope." I adore GV, but can’t say much for the haircut (which is his cut for Queen Sugar, which he has already signed to resume for the next season, but will do both shows, thankfully). However, he’s so handsome, I guess I can and will overlook it for now. LOL! Enough of the blame for Daniel’s death as well. Wow, I have never encountered an actor being dead so long but sill being talked about by so many. Don’t get me wrong, I loved Shawn Christian and still do, but the character and his ghost need to move on. Between Brady’s heart, Eric’s guilt, Nicole’s undying love, as well as Maggie’s, Victor’s, and every other Salem resident kneeling at the throne of Daniel Jonas, I’m pretty sure I am finally ready to put Daniel to rest for good. But, then, there’s Chloe’s baby! Ugh!
this has been the best playoffs I can remember watching in a long time where ALL of the games so far have been not only great match-ups, but nail-biting, down-to-the-wire wins (well, maybe with the exception of the poor Texans); however, if I have to pinpoint one thing good about all of them is it really makes you wake up and realize what a fabulous, elite QB does for the team. Believe me, I’m not taking anything away from the individual team players, whether on offense or defense or special teams, but watching these elite QBs perform in this seasons’ playoffs has been emotional excitment beyond compare for this fan of the game. Way to go and heartfelt congrats to all of the winners to date!
a rematch of Bricole (Brady/Nicole)! Kate had better watch her image of being Salem’s "maneater". Nicole’s right on her heels. LOL!
I see no chemistry, let alone heat, between her and Billy Flynn, and IMO Dario has plenty of it. That may be JOO though TFlo1018! LOL!
that I have reached the point, as I have with many of the current sls, that I don’t care what happens to her. I’m so glad Gregg Vaughan is returning next week. I just hope they (writers) don’t ruin his character the way they have so many of my favorites.
