PattiParticipant
ever since day one he’s been giving off a vibe that things will run his way, and he doesn’t care who he has to walk over to get there. Sure, he’s smart, he’s a technology executive, for crap sake. But, he’s also sneaky, manipulative, and ever since day one when he said he didn’t want anything to do with Jimmy Johnson in this game, had no idea why he was there, and wanted him on the other tribe, I knew he was determined to be head honcho or die trying. Anyone who he perceives is stronger than him, liked more than him, or strategically smarter than him has to go, BUT now he’s shakin’ in his boots since the tribes merged and he realizes just how unpopular he is. He always puts himself out there as a "know-it-all" and doesn’t even WANT to listen to anyone else’s suggestions. But now that the merge happened, he’s seeing just how it feels to be played, and personally I can’t wait for him to go. Go ahead, give away another immunity idol, jerk! LOL
PattiParticipantsays that the baby is Philip’s. Guess we’ll have to wait until December when Kayla returns and stirs the pot again.
PattiParticipantall because of her obsession with Sydney. I don’t care if she spent one minute or one year with her, Nicole STOLE her and she does not deserve to be anywhere near her. If I were Sami, I would be treating her the same way. She will do anything to get what she wants, and when it comes to the men in her clutches, I couldn’t care less …. sometimes they deserve to be misled or blackmailed (EJ); however, when it comes to Sydney, I don’t want her anywhere near that child, and if prison didn’t suit her the last time, Rafe amd Sami should make sure that it does this time. But, no, we’ll see the same pathetic story-line of again Nicole plotting, scheming, manipulating her way into getting what she wants. All I can do it sit back, watch it disgustingly, and wait for it to blow up in her face, which it most definitely will, and of that conclusion I have no doubt.
PattiParticipantand vice-versa. They just have had too much angst in their lives. Personally, I think this time apart will prove, once and for all, that they are still very much in love. Carly is simply a fill-in for Hope. Bo and Hope caused all of this pain to each other, and now I think they’re both starting to see how and why it happened, and the regrets just keep comin’. Hope admitted to Maggie that she misses Bo terribly, and even Carly is beginning to see how much Bo still cares for Hope. I don’t know if she realizes just how much he truly loves her yet, but he will. That’s why, to me, she’s so anxious to get involved in helping him, perhaps thinking that if she’s in on this and together she and Bo will be right there, in Hope’s face, and that Hope will just get disgusted enough to finally give up. Not gonna’ happen. Anyway, yesterday was truly great the way they played off one another (Bo and Hope), with Hope giving those hidden clues about April, pretending to be talking about Ciara and all the while feeding him relevant information and asking that he do the leg work getting the doctor’s name. I loved it that he picked right up on her message. Now tell me they don’t still have some sort of telepathy. Awwwww, give it up Carly.
PattiParticipantjust wanted to comment that I do not disagree with Alina going last night, even though NaNonka should have gone first. She stole the food, the frying pan, and the knife, but Alina didn’t have a problem eating the food, now did she? That was despicable of both players, IMO. However, that being said, Marty is one shrewd character. He plays these kids like a fiddle and I think he’s one of those players who’s so smart, he could sell refrigerators to Eskimos. And finally, YOU GO JANE … you are one tough old-time cookie. She said she gets her strength from lifting 80 pound dogs (she runs a doggie rescue center and kennels) and she just hates Marty’s guts. She sees right through his lying butt. One thing I love about her, she tells it like it is and doesn’t hold back. She’s not sneaky like most of the others, and she’ll stand up to any contestant, man or woman, young or old, in the physical competition. Just love her. You hang in there, girl, and you could win it all …. and Marty knows that all too well. That’s why he wants you out.
November 4, 2010 at 1:16 pm in reply to: Just wonder who else here is single and lives alone? #17705PattiParticipanthave you tried the Tupperware Lettuce Keeper? That thing will literally keep lettuce fresh and crisp for weeks. No kidding, I have one and it’s a miracle to me seeing as how lettuce wilts so quickly.
PattiParticipantHow do we know for sure that Caroline changed it and that was the end of it. We saw so many others accessing the site that it could have possibly been changed several times without others knowing it, so did Caroline really make a change in the paternity, or did she just THINK that she did.
PattiParticipantTuesday’s shows for DOOL and AMC, because they are in the same time slot that the President came on (1:00 p.m., EST); however, Y&R, OLTL and GH all aired their current shows for Wednesday. Y&R airs from 12:30 to 1:30, but they still aired the current show scheduled for Wednesday, 11/3. When the channels returned to regular programming after the President’s address the soaps from 2:00 to 4:00 aired the current show, and since Y&R starts a half hour earlier that the pre-emption, SoapNet decided to air the current show for Wednesday. Go figure!!!
PattiParticipantand, if so, they were some fat suckers, I’ll say that. It just looked to me like they were some sort of fake ones, because I didn’t notice them moving around. Uggghhhh! Fake or not, it was a repulsive scene for me.
PattiParticipanta political debate, by any means whatsoever, but why do you think they are called "the party of NO!" Both sides have made stupid mistakes, and we’re the ones paying for it.
PattiParticipantLOL! Great picture!
PattiParticipantToday is Peggy McCay’s birthday, and she is 80 years old today. She looks wonderful, don’tcha’ think?
PattiParticipantand I’m sure you’re right about her losing Brady over it. Sami, for all she’s done, is still his step-sister, and Brady has actually been using Nicole anyway for his own purpose so she would keep her trap shut about Vivian, so I have no doubt he’ll be kicking Nicole to the curb once he realizes that after all his knowledge about just how she went about getting Sydney in the first place, this will be the final straw for any hope for Nicole and Brady. Personally, I would love to see E.J. and Nicole back together, but she better be careful with her demands on E.J. if she values her life.
November 3, 2010 at 2:45 pm in reply to: Just wonder who else here is single and lives alone? #17654PattiParticipantas a matter of fact, I think many foods taste better the next day, and most freeze very well. I usually make leftovers from dinner the next day’s lunch, especially pasta dishes, stews and soups, which always taste better to me the day after they’re made.
PattiParticipanthere we are in the middle of elections results, and Bristol Palin gets through again. Talk about the popular vote — LOL!
