PattiParticipant
they do seem to be putting Nicole and Sydney in more scenes lately, plus the off-the-wall innuendos, like Kinsey saying yesterday "the way she looks at you," things like that, lead me to believe that Sydney is going to wind up being Nicole’s after all.
PattiParticipantalthough I don’t know why they’re suddenly turning her into Nicole’s fairy godmother where Sydney is concerned, unless she’s just jealous because Will didn’t give her the time of day because of Gabbi, and since Sami is his mom, yadda, yadda …. but yes, she has improved. Of course, if it ever gets out that she’s setting up secret playdates for Sydney and Nicole, look-out little miss … Sami will rip your hair out, and you will definitely lose your job at the Pub. Still very cute the way the new little actress interacts with Nicole, though.
PattiParticipantbecause he sure has changed where Sami is concerned. He has never taken Sami’s part like he has since she hooked up with Rafe. Maybe he thought she would change, then decided that Rafe changed, so why shouldn’t he. Sami definitely needs to be taught a lesson here, but certainly not by the likes of E.J. DiMera or Stefano DiMera. Right now the whole lot of them don’t deserve those kids.
PattiParticipantdespicable action on their parts trying to get into her purse. As for E.J., he just didn’t want her to say anything that could be heard by someone else first. He practically has a conniption waiting to get into that room to see her …. and it wasn’t because he was concerned or worried about her, but he wanted to interrogate her. He could give a crap whether she makes it or not just as long as she tells him what he wants to know before she goes belly up.
PattiParticipantbetween sticking it to Sami and staying loyal to her brother; otherwise, why wouldn’t she have simply run to E.J. instead of bolting into the street. She looked directly at him when he arrived on the scene and still ran "away" from him. That was interesting to me and showed that she was emotionally conflicted and even though she wanted Sami to pay, she did not want it to be at Rafe’s expense. It sickened me today to see E.J. showing such remorse for Ariana’s condition, feigning concern, yet all the while still badgering her to tell him what she knew he wanted to hear. Whatta’ guy!
PattiParticipantshe left him her secret drug stash! LOL
PattiParticipantit was a small camera/video recorder. I have one very much like the one she used. Still don’t know how she got it to produce the video through her purse unless she had a hole in her purse and secured it in some way so it didn’t move, but the way she removed it to show Sami, there didn’t seem to be any tape or snaps or any other means of holding it still. She simply reached in her purse and took it out to show Sami. Just another far-fetched idea the writers poorly tried to cover the stupidity of the scene.
PattiParticipantand she’s protecting someone, but who … Stephanie, maybe? I sometimes have to remind myself that Stephanie is her grandchild, too and that not everything is about Sami. If Caroline somehow put two and two together because of Stephanie’s neurotic behavior, and realizing how much Stephanie has suffered from past failed relationships, she may have possibly figured it out …. but would she even know how to do it? That’s where I have my doubts. So, maybe she is just thinking that if Stephanie switched the results, she would protect her by taking the blame. I don’t know, just guessing. But, I still think it’s a ruse. Just doesn’t make sense to me any other way.
PattiParticipantand here’s why:
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Here’s a little more of sneak peeks for November:
Rafe/Sami/EJ/Nicole – This is the beginning of the next chapter of their story, and it is still the big, driving story. Nicole finds the video of Sami’s confession. EJ blackmails Sami for custody of the children and says that Sami, Rafe, and Will will all go to prison if she doesn’t comply. Rafe and Sami marry ("a moving marriage in the woods") so that he can’t testify against her. Nicole is thrilled to be back in Sydney’s life, but EJ makes a stunning demand of her.
Hope/Bo/Carly/Ben/Jennifer – This story is being recharged. Jennifer returns to Salem and meets Ben. Jack is on a walk-about and Jennifer is at loose ends. She realizes that something isn’t right with Hope and infiltrates the prison. Hope puts her neck in the noose as she gets closer and closer to finding out the truth behind what’s going on in the prison. Bo is the only one who can save her, but will he realize it?
The Sarcophagus – This story is the comic relief being used to offset the heaviness of all the other stories. Gus saves Vivian, and Vivian puts Maggie in the sarcophagus. Victor realizes it and saves her. "Our new supercouple. I love it," says Corday. Five people know that Brady did this, but they all also know why he did it. Vivian will be on to her next scheme because you can’t keep a bad woman down.
Carly/Daniel/Chloe/Nathan/Melanie/Philip/Stephanie – Nathan proposes to Stephanie. He thinks he’s in love with her, but the audience knows better. Melanie/Nathan is endgame. Chloe goes into premature labor at the Horton cabin, and Melanie delivers the baby. They come back to the hospital with the baby, and Melanie and Nathan are immediately sent to treat a very ill patient. Within 24 hours, they have a virus and are quarantined together. The truth comes out during times of near death. Carly makes a huge sacrifice to save her daughter.

PattiParticipantnow appearing in prime time. Bonbon, I know how much you and I love him, so if you would have watched Castle week before last (October 11th show) you would have seen Victor Webster playing the role of Detective Beckett’s boyfriend. God, the man is still gorgeous, and I think he’s going to be recurring. Anyway, for anyone who is interested in keeping up with soap stars in prime time, tv.com is keeping a running list of them. PattiParticipantmade her appear more ‘ghostly.’ They should have put her in some sort of mist or special lighting, or something to that effect. She looked more like she was alive and well and still living in Salem. I thought the white outfit they had on her made her look like she was in a choir; then I read an article that said she had some throat surgery shortly before filming, and wanted something high on her neck to cover the scar. In any event, and no disrespect to Stacy, she just did not look like Isabella to me.
PattiParticipantbecause Derek, unless he has me completely fooled, seems to be very patient and Jennifer has definitely brought out a side to him that surprised me. He was short tempered with her during rehearsal. Maybe because of her background in dance, she thinks she’s the pro. Still think she’ll take it, though.
PattiParticipantbecause there’s no way that Bristol should have been safe except for mom’s popularity. Bristol probably got the the combined votes from the entire state of Alaska and the Tea Party. LOL. Just kidding; she really should have been the one to go. Florence may be 76 years old, but she certainly was a better dancer than Bristol. Guess we should be used to these competitive reality shows reaching the point where the votes stop being based on popularity and starts being based strictly on talent. I’ll miss Florence and Corky. They were fun to watch.
PattiParticipantI thought it meant "some mother, huh?"
PattiParticipantbut I have watched Big Love, and they seem the same to me.
