but I agree, on any given day it takes what seems like forever to finish a sentence on this show. Rafe let everyone in the room have their say for what seemed like more than half of yesterday’s show, and still hasn’t gotten the damn words out, or shown the tape, and we’re still not going to hear him say them today — simply more of the same annoying screaming Sami and E.J. Every storyline has the same problem and that’s just annoying. Those stupid frozen stares before they go to a new character(s) scene or right before going to a commercial are also ridiculous. Now I will say, that is done on all soaps and it’s always been something that bugs the hell out of me and for which I still, after all my years of watching soaps, will never understand why they do it. All it does is frustrate me as a fan, because you’re expecting a response and all you get is a stupid look on someone’s face for at least 10 seconds or more, then it’s on to a commercial break or the next scene. If you put them all together, by the end of the show they’ve probably eaten up a good 5 minutes with boring, blank stares.

I swear to you that when she fell asleep and Nathan appeared to be thinking things through, I was expecting to find her in a fetal position sucking her thumb. TPTB are going to have to give this character a dramatic makeover for me to ever become a fan. It is obvious, to me, anyway, that Nathan is only with her because he can’t have Melanie, so she has every reason to be nervous. But, damn it, she’s not nervous when she’s being a sneaky, snarky, lying self-serving bitch where Melanie is concerned. Now, please, don’t get me wrong …. Melanie is still grating on every nerve in my body, and it’s also obvious that she is still in love with Nathan, and she’s ruining it for me as far as Philip is concerned by taking one of the hottest guys this show has ever cast and having him appear to be some dirty OLDER man who deserves so much more than walking around with Pippy Longstockings on his arm. In any event, I will never be a fan of Stephanie if they continue to write her in this fashion. She’s a mess …. a pretty girl but a mess non-the-less.
talk about things that don’t make sense … yesterday Chloe, in that blue dress showed her stomach as flat as a pancake, and today she comes out in the white dress, still skin tight and low cut, but with a baby bump that made her obviously very pregnant. First time I ever saw them SORAS a fetus.
You don’t know how bad I wanted to see Rafe take out a roll of duct tape and slap it across her mouth. That’s always been a problem for Sami —- just shut the hell up and listen. The only reason I’m waiting so patiently for Thursday is because I want to see E.J. go down; other than that, Rafe should simply look into Sami’s eyes and then say: "well, there’s your wonderful changed man, you know, the one that’s the most wonderful father to your kids. Congratulations." AND THEN TURN HIS BACK ON HER AND WALK OUT. OMG I would love that.

Everything else is bearable for now — I’m ready to get into Chad being Stefano’s son and finally get these losers above off my screen. This has to be the only soap right now that has EVERY woman written as a pathetic manipulative loser willing to lie, cheat, steal or anything else to keep a man who obviously does not belong with her; and also has EVERY man right up there with the brain of the monkey sent into space; however, they are probably not even as smart as that monkey cause at least the monkey knew he was being taken for a ride. Most of the men on DOOL wouldn’t know what in the hell was going on right in front of their eyes if their lives depended upon it. PITIFUL LOSERS —- MOST IF NOT ALL OF THIS CAST!

He knows Chloe slept with someone else, but doesn’t know it’s Phillip. And for as weird as those two act when they’re around each other, you would have to have *hit for brains not to have guessed by now. Wouldn’t it be funny if this test was changed back and forth so many times that when it all comes out, they still won’t know who the daddy is. But, who’s going go care? By that time Daniel and Carly will be together anyway, cause Daniel’s going to be in her corner waiting to console her when Bo makes it clear he’s still in love with Hope. LOL.
Susan Seaforth Hayes didn’t appear until 1968; however, the character of Julie Olson started the show from day 1. She was played by two other actresses before Susan. She was the troubled, rebellious teen who lived with her grandparents, Tom and Alice, when her parents moved to Europe. Julie stole her best friend’s, Susan Martin’s, husband, hoping he would leave Susan and marry Julie. However, he was killed by his wife who blamed him for the death of their son. During the trial, Julie was exposed as being pregnant with David’s baby. She had the baby, who she named David, and on Tom’s advice she gave the baby up for adoption.
between Rafe and Nicole. Maybe because I knew he was playing her, but what he did and the way he did it was cruel, in my opinion. He took a huge pointer from Victor and ran with it. The only thing I didn’t buy about it was that Nicole, in all the years she’s been with the show, has never, ever depended upon the kindness of strangers, or friends for that matter, even though she doesn’t have many of those running around Salem. The only reason she and Chloe are so close is because Chloe can relate to Nicole in ways no one else can. She’s sort of playing the same game, but without the blackmail. Nicole made her bed, that’s for sure, but I still could not help pitying her over the last two days. She’s at rock bottom and sadly she dug that hole all by herself. As for Rafe, he obtained that CD by a method an officer of the court should have known better than to do. It’s called "illegal search and seizure" and if the writers can for once do a little research, that CD would be inadmissible if her case goes to court. But, why start doing things by the book now. Her confession was coerced through promises he cannot possibly keep. He hasn’t spoken to the D.A., about any immunity for Nicole, so he had no right to make her believe he could help her. I know he said he would "try," but when he taped her confession, he said that she would be making her statement on the condition of immunity. He had no right to tell her that. In any case, all of it will be moot if E.J. and/or Stefano gets to her before the courts do.
