positively funny, yet still romantic, one-liners out of Victor for a change, although I believe Maggie could keep right up with him in that department.  I can almost see them as a couple were it not for Caroline.  Maggie is very devoted to Caroline.  She also is very aware of Victor and Caroline’s past, and that Bo is, biologically, a Kiriakis.  Now, with Sean, Sr., out of the picture, Maggie might care more about her and Caroline’s relationship than she would her and Victor’s.  Then again, couples have been together for much less reasons to care about, so yes, I would be interested to see where this goes.  I know we haven’t seen or heard from Caroline in quite a while, and Peggy McKay has been off doing some other work, but Caroline is still with us, isn’t she?

remember E.J. was at the hospital and actually had conversations with Baker about Nicole’s pregnancy.  He didn’t want Baker to be her doctor, but he didn’t know about the switch or how Baker was blackmailing Nicole.  All that E.J. knew was he was her ob/gyn.  Nicole was insistent she stay with Baker because she didn’t want E.J. to find out the truth.

and that is one of the main reasons why.  Kristian is a terrific actress, but they’ve made her so weak and boring and indecisive lately that she’s been stuck in a corner.  Nice to see them let her out to shine.

for the wrong reason.  She’s going to throw away her birth control pills, not tell Nathan, and try to get pregnant just because she thinks it will seal her hold on him.  So, if it happens, it will not be because she wants a baby for the right reason, it will be because she wants to trap Nathan.  Now, if that isn’t pathetic, I don’t know what is.

I want to see the actor’s (vet’s) return more than I do the character.  Ed Mallory will always be Bill Horton to me, just like John Clarke will always have been Mickey.  They’ve made past excuses for important relatives not being at an event, whether it was a marriage, a funeral, or whatever; they should have done this with Bill.  On the other hand, I would really like to see the return of more Hortons.  That’s how the show started out with the two dominant families being the Bradys and the Hortons.  I know Christie Clark will be coming back as Carrie, is Mike Horton coming back, and who will be playing Mike?  There have been several actors in that role.  Whoever it is, though, it will be interesting to see that interaction.

her and E.J. BELONG together.  I’m still wondering if we’re ever going to find out why Melanie’s last name was Layton.  Anyone at DOOL care to explain that?  Of course not!  Oh, I know, maybe when the staff member responsible for naming characters FORGOT that they named Roscoe Born’s character "ROBBINS," either that staff member, or better yet someone else, possibly after a late night out, or badly in need of cataract surgery, thought it was "LAYTON," and…WHOOPS, Melanie Layton was born.

he was very witty at times, trading barbs with Nicole.  I can’t wait to see how they’re going to interact his character, but his first meeting with Nicole should be pretty amusing.  He’s always been able to hold his own as a character, and John Callahan is a great line deliverer.  I like Dr. Baker and hope he sticks around for a while.  As to who had him unsuccessfully killed, that would have been Stefano, since he was working with Nicole to get him out of town.  I don’t think E.J. knew his story at that time, but Stefano did, and he was the one working with Nicole to keep E.J. from finding out about the (ugh) baby switch.

If Nadia isn’t embarrassed every time it is shown on cable (and it’s on quite a bit), she should be.

for your hard work.  I think it has paid off by the success of this message board.  It’s the best out there, by far, with the most creative, imaginative friends from all over the U.S. and beyond.  You and this board are so appreciated.

(not Bo, who is the Commissioner).  I find that too funny.  This one tops all of the times we’ve been knocking the Salem P.D. about their past handling of perps and related cases.  This time the mugger will be heading up the Task Force to catch ….. HERSELF.  Top that one Keystone Cops.  (LOL)!

in a child attempting to slap his mother in the face.  I have a 4 year old grandson, and he would never, ever even think of slapping his dad or mom, me or any adult for that manner.  He knows better.  He may cry or act out at times if he doesn’t get his way, but believe me when I tell you, the hitting would NEVER happen.  Sami may not be the best mother, but she’s not the worst and to me Johnny’s being that disrespectful to his mother was more of an indication of things to come from being a DiMera offspring than it was anything else.

and he wasn’t in on the Anna/E.J. sydnapping scheme, I’m thinking he will somehow be involved in the ‘Night’ Hope storyline.  I’ve read bits and pieces about his first interaction will be in scenes with Hope, and we now find that ‘Night’ Hope is a gambling woman, so that’s right up Doc Baker’s alley.  I’m just wondering if they will ever explain how he escaped death in that hotel room.  But, the way Days still brings back the dead, evades questionable issues, and, even more-so, history, I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if we didn’t see Lawrence Alamain walk into the Kiriakis mansion at some future point in time.

as Dr. William "Snapper" Foster, Jr., along with his brother, Greg, and, of course, Julianna McCarthy will reprise her role as Liz Fster Brooks, who is Jill’s mother.  Anyway, I’m willing to bet it will have to do with Jill’s paternity.  Y&R needs something to give it a boost; I’m just not so sure this will do it.
