"do what it is you know how to do best…. LIE!"  Shouldn’t he have added to that:  "like I do?"

Carly took two well deserved hits today; one from Daniel and the other from Maggie.  I could feel the angst in Daniel’s voice, feel his pain in realizing what Melanie’s life has been like, and especially when he stood his ground and told Carly that he would not have cared about Lawrence’s threats, but blamed her instead.  I happen to think he was right; others may not, but he should at least have been told at some point, especially after Rebecca died.  I hope now they can begin to mend fences, but I have my concerns once Victor realizes that Daniel is her father.

I never believed her husband was out of work.  It was meant strictly as a facetious comment.  Guess I should have put "LOL" after it.

I even saw her on a Turbo Tax commercial.  The woman is either highly in demand or maybe her husband’s out of work or something.  I don’t know how she has time for her family.

I have to admit, I have been watching the Olympics and have not had the chance to really get into AI yet.  Now, it’s back to normal, so I will be paying very close attention.  So far nobody has given me that "WOW" factor, but it’s early and the kids are still in the very nervous stage.  Time for them to get over it now, though, so we’ll see what happens tomorrow night.  I can’t really comment on the 4 who were eliminated, because I really haven’t been paying that close attention.  I can say, however, that I really like Ellen.  She’s honest and seems to genuinely care about how she presents her critique so as not to damage these kids, as Simon often does, although I still think he is spot-on most of the time.  So, I’m back, full time, anxious to watch, listen, build up, or tear down; however, from what I can determine, the raw talent is not there this season and it could certainly hurt the show in the long run.

for a little while, but like so many of Salem’s dearly departed, he’d be a distant memory in no time.

I think you take the line at the end of your posts about dreams much, much too seriously.  This show will never be cancelled from the loss of any one character.

that E.J. is brought down and taken off-canvas for a while.  The character of E. J. DiMera has become extremely disgusting to the point of downright unattractive.  I’m praying to the soap gods that either Stefano or Rafe or Anna or Nicole, somebody, hell anybody, takes him to his knees, and I don’t care how they do it.  But first, he definitely needs to lose his kids before they grow up under his vile influence.  So, if I didn’t make it clear how I feel about the CHARACTER, all in all, I need a well-deserved rest from him.  Sami is an idiot who refuses to follow her heart and her instincts because she believes this snake is telling her the truth.  Well, guess what, she has never ever been the sharpest knife in the drawer, and I don’t see her becoming one anytime soon; so, she just may deserve what she’s getting right now, but if she continues to defend him after the truth is FINALLY revealed, then she can go with him, wherever in the hell that may be, as long as it is off the screen and out of any front-burner storyline, and they can put that really beautiful man, Rafe Hernandez, with someone who will truly appreciate and love him instead of the lost cause that it certainly seems Sami Brady has become.

up until she shot Melanie.  Accident or no accident, she should be held accountable for that, as well as violating the provisions of her bail; but, with the Commish in her corner, we can all probably assume that that will probably never happen.

from medication administered to keep her calm or asleep.  She wasn’t in a coma, so it’s reasonable to me to believe that she may have been given something to keep her from getting upset after her talks with Carly.  So it would not be unrealistic for me to believe that she was in a weakened state.  She even sounded drugged to me.

that’s why I’m now rethinking her situation; and, contrary to rooting for the success of Vivian and the pillow, I think BOTH actresses did a much better job in their scenes yesterday.  I think both Molly and Louise came across as being much more in tune with Melanie’s shocking realization that her whole life’s history, as she has known or believed it to be, has been forced upon her through lies and deception, which sadly have been withheld from her for her entire existence.  That being said, yes, I  do feel that Molly still needs some coaching on the facial expressions, teeth gnashing and baby talk; but, but you are right, it’s a little easier to be more sympathetic toward her actions now; at least for me it is.
