PattiParticipant
his acting is not that great, IMO, but that drunken portrayal was pathetic. Get a grip writers; the whole show yesterday was sad….sadly written, sadly acted….just plain sad. Today was much better, but that was only due to Victor and Vivian. Thank God for their levity, anyway. At least they make me laugh out loud.
PattiParticipantbut his last day is February 16th, according to soaps.com.
PattiParticipantwith 30.5" recorded for my area from this past weekend’s storm, and another foot to 16" predicted for tomorrow and Wednesday. I may not get out until spring. So far we’re managing. 52 degrees sounds great to me. We hit 9 degrees last night. Thank God the power didn’t go out. I’ll report back in after this next dumping is over, but honestly, I really, really, really wish I was there! (LOL)! Thanks for checking in with me.
PattiParticipantnow maybe they can remove Justin’s nose from Hope’s butt. I love Wally Kurth, but Justin and Hope….absolutely not. Besides, it’s obvious that Hope does not share his feelings and is trying to let him down easy, but like a bothersome little gnat, he just won’t go away. Maybe Adrienne will snap him back into reality. But, in all likelihood, they will wait until Hope gets so fed up, disgusted and distraught that she decides, ‘what the hell,’ and falls into Justin’s waiting arms….just in time for Adrienne to walk through the door.
PattiParticipantwhich is in the City. I do watch him; it’s amazing what he can do with the art of cake decorating. I don’t remember the Superbowl cake show, but I’m at least a half hour’s drive from the City, but if my county is getting it, you can bet they are in the City as well. Sometimes when they show those deliveries, they are in other parts of the state, so I’m guessing there was no snow that day. Like I mentioned, we haven’t gotten this much snow in years. As a matter of fact, we’ve had winters where there was little to no snow at all, or at least 3 to 4 years before a major storm hit us, and now suddenly I feel like I’m living in the film "The Day After Tomorrow." Is it global "warming" or global "warning?" Are we closer to it becoming a reality one day? Who knows what the weather will be like in the next decade? I get chills just thinking about it.
PattiParticipantto Stefano a while back that he (E.J.) had everything put in his name when Stefano was in a coma, and that everything Stefano owned, including the mansion, was now in E.J.’s name. Of course, IRL that could never happen without an irrevocable power of attorney giving E.J. the right to do as he wished with Stefano’s property should he become incapacitated and unable to handle his own affairs. But, I remember E.J. telling Stefano that a few months back. Of course, Stefano probably reversed E.J.’s power by putting Kate’s name on everything when they wed and he had his new will drawn up. So, wouldn’t that be a good enough reason for Stefano to be laughing so heartily when he got the eviction notice, because perhaps he, and he alone, knows that he corrected the ownership situation when he married Kate; that, plus the fact that he suspected E.J. was turning on him? That would certainly make my day. Then, he could throw E.J. out on his royal rump, and that would just make me smile from ear to ear.
PattiParticipantbut will he solve the mystery in time? Maybe if Anna gets wind of what he’s really up to, she’ll turn on him. I hope so; that lousy, no good *astard belongs in a plane crash, but alone, after he tries to flee when he’s found out. JMHO. So God speed, Rafe.
PattiParticipantfor Ciara’s actions. She may be only 5 years old, but she knows what has been happening between her parents. They’ve both been using her in a tug-of-war to satisfy their own selfish needs, and it is slowly destroying this child. Children her age may be somewhat resilient to certain bad situations, but when that situation rips away their security blanket, in this case the two people Ciara loves most in the entire world, the repercussion that follows is often devastating to the child. I feel so sorry for Ciara, and if she does spiral out of control, both Bo and Hope will have to start pointing the finger of guilt in the right direction….the mirror. As for Carly, if she really wanted to leave, the needy *itch would and should have before her careless disregard for Ciara’s meltdown ever reached this point. She knew Ciara didn’t want her there; instead she put this baby’s feelings aside because she IS weak and needy, and honestly, all three of them disgust me.

PattiParticipantwith Vivian was the infamous Mr. Lee. What does everyone think Mr. Lee prepared for her, so very very quickly, I might add. Does anyone think it could be that the antique necklace Viv is loaning to Melanie will either contain, or perhaps be laced with, some type of poison? Whatever it was, it was certainly much smaller than a breadbox, so I’m guessing some sort of poisoned item that will give a whole new meaning to "something old, something new…….".
February 3, 2010 at 9:21 pm in reply to: Has Anyone Noticed How Cold E.J. has become toward Sydney? #10220PattiParticipantI suppose when I watch the way Stefano is being written today, it’s hard to perceive just how evil he truly was. I guess I just wish he was using a much firmer hand when it comes to E.J. Right now, at least to me, he is almost laughable the way he has allowed E.J. to be the "boss" and tolerate his repugnant attitude toward Stefano, even to the extent of having him evicted from his own home. I just don’t see that happening, but I do wish Stefano would take off the blinders and soft-padded gloves and put that arrogant piece of *hit in his place, starting with having him followed everywhere he goes, since he already suspects that E.J. has Sydney anyway. I can understand Roman and company not doing this, because they don’t have a clue (not that they ever do), but Stefano does. Maybe that’s why he was so nonchalant today when he read the eviction notice; maybe he already knows.
February 3, 2010 at 2:24 pm in reply to: Has Anyone Noticed How Cold E.J. has become toward Sydney? #10210PattiParticipantbecause I read where he now is going to fake her death just so that he can keep control of the situation. What a piece of work he is. He’s much worse than Stefano, IMO. I just wish they would write Stefano the way he used to be (without the sci-fi actions, of course), because they have turned him into a mere shadow of what he once was. E.J. would never get away with what he is doing if they brought the old Phoenix back. Joe M. can’t be pleased, I would think.
PattiParticipantwas when he told Carly that he ‘couldn’t promise anything’ and that he just didn’t know yet what was going to happen. If they were really going to keep them together I think the writers might have had Bo suggesting divorce, but it’s obvious he still loves Hope. Carly is exactly what Bo implied…someone to come home to because Hope is not there. I don’t know when it will happen, but I have a feeling that something will happen at Melanie and Philip’s wedding that will force Bo to make a decision, but that’s just MHO.
PattiParticipantMia says she is there to say thank you. The DA is clueless, "Chad told me you were out of his life."
Mia asks, "He didn’t tell you about…"
"About what," growls the DA, "Why are you here?"
"Chad invited me to Vancouver," "I just wanted to say thank you."
(I would have to take that as not only an invitation, but an acceptance as well. She knew exactly what she was doing and what his reaction would be.)
PattiParticipantthe character is or was based on the D.C. comic book hero, Captain America, which role Mark was also being considered for? Also, did you know that over the holidays, he married his "Fringe" co-star, Anna Trov?
