PattiParticipant
I’m sick to death of that fur she’s been wearing. It looks to like she has a Shar pei draped over the shoulder area. (LOL)
PattiParticipantI’m not on the Melanie bandwagon quite yet, but right now Carly must look like a freakin’ lunatic to Melanie, who has never met this woman in her life, only knows that she blew into town and devoured a marriage of some 20+ years, and suddenly has become Mel’s stalker. Can’t say I blame Melanie there. Carly is only making matters worse by keeping the secret, and I mean worse not just for Mel, but for everyone involved with Carly. I have a feeling Dan will be next.
PattiParticipantsince Melanie will be his daughter-in-law, I think he will be very protective of her because he will not want to jeopardize what relationship he has left with Phillip. I think once it is common knowledge that she is Carly’s daughter, he (Victor) will even protect her from Vivian. He will know all too well that if any harm comes to her, it will be the end of the road for him and Phillip. Melanie has already complained to Phil about Carly, and as much as Vic hates Carly Manning, he will not dare allow any harm to come to Melanie as long as he can keep it from happening. At least, that’s the way I’m looking at it. As for Melanie’s attraction to Vivian, right now I can’t help but think she’s still in her "what have you done for me lately" mode. She was hating on Vivian a week or two ago, when she realized how much Phillip despised her, but now that Vivian is using her influence to introduce her to the world of tre’ chic (ugh, if you can force yourself to look at Vivian’s tastes), Melanie is beginning to see that she has another fish on the hook for getting what she wants. Right now Carly is the enemy, not Vivian, who has shown her nothing but kindness……oh, yeah, and gifts.
PattiParticipantan avid DOOL fan, because she has had quite a few of the show’s actors on her show. I especially liked watching Dee Hall when she was on.
PattiParticipantcan’t give any props to the new show; however. You’re absolutely right, Bonbon, less than believable; closer to impossible. That, or the guy is from Krypton.
PattiParticipantthe set was all wrong, and even a few of the guests commented on it (two chairs…no desk, etc.), plus Jay hasn’t had the top of the line guests like he did on the Tonight show. I don’t feel one is any better than the other, and the funniest part of either show is the monologue, and I still find Conan’s hair laughable, but he’s done a good job with the Tonight Show (although no one will ever, in a million years, be able to replace "Heeeeeerrrrrrrrreeeeeee’s Johnny"), though, in a way, I do think Conan’s getting a bit of a raw deal. Jay Leno must have been given some hidden or preliminary clause in his contract that if his new show didn’t make it, he could ‘demand’ NBC to return him to the Tonight Show. Oh, well, ‘thhhhaaaaaatttttt’s show-biz’.
PattiParticipantif Anna goes down, she’ll take E.J. with her. I don’t know if Anna would have any reason to have ever been fingerprinted, but her prints should be all over that first ransom note; at least on the first one that she delivered to the DiMera mansion herself. But, honestly, I think this whole entire sl is dragging out because they are waiting for Ari’s return. I don’t know how she will get out of jail; but, personally, I think Nicole will be the one to somehow remember who that voice belonged to, which will in turn lead to Anna, who I would think would have no intention of taking the fall alone. In any event, this story was held up by the brilliant acting of Ari Z., and now that she’s out of the picture, so to speak, and all we see is the ridiculous screaming, fake crying, and the ranting and raving of the lunatic mind of Sami, the interest is fading fast. Hurry back Ari, because I think you will be the one we’re waiting for to end this drama.
PattiParticipantprobably the best part of the today’s show, for me!
PattiParticipanta rogue cop, and to my knowledge nothing ever stopped him before from sticking his nose where it didn’t belong. No, to me it’s all about him being so consumed by his own dilemma that he hasn’t cared enough about Sami’s. Shame on you, Bo.
PattiParticipanthe may be the bio-dad, but deliberately sending false ransom notes and alluding to harming the child if demands are not met, and certainly, as you mentioned, deliberately lying to a federal agent, has to count for something. If they can’t take him down that way, then just shoot the s.o.b. He deserves it. I hate this smug, immoral putz more and more every day.
PattiParticipantis waiting on Ari Z.’s return, and I agree…she will be the one to do E.J. in, and as much as I hate what she did, all would be forgiven if she could be the one to put that louse where he belongs.
PattiParticipantthere’s no way Stefano, Jr. is going to allow her to be taken to a hospital or even to a doctor’s private office for fear she will be discovered or recognized, which she would. No, he’ll just pay off or blackmail some poor unsuspecting doc to come to him and Sydney, lock Anna in a closet or in the basement so she will not be seen, have Sydney treated and then threaten the poor doctor in such a way that he may just have to pack his little black bag and move to a free clinic in a remote jungle village or make do with a new membership in Doctors With Borders, or, most likely, take the route of Dr. Baker and never be seen or heard from again. As for Anna, for all the praise and glory I had for her in her Tony days, she has certainly fallen off her pedestal with me. To leave a child Sydney’s age, alone, inside a playpen, munching on Cheerios, no less, with nothing more than the hope that in case of an emergency, the outside henchman would hear her on the baby monitor is pure neglect, or possibly child abuse. Anything could have happened; the guard may have gone to pee for all we know, while the baby choked to death. Stupid, stupid writing. As for E.J. never having any intention of allowing Sami to ever see Sydney again, that is exactly what he’s up to. I hope when all of this is over, if nothing else comes out of this long overdue, never-ending story, I hope I get to see Rafe kick the living *hit out of E.J.
PattiParticipantthey are two Dudley-Do-Rights in the rescuing of damsels in distress department, aren’t they? (LOL)
PattiParticipantyesterday as well. It does my heart good to hear when somebody knows how to write an exceptionally good line here and there.
PattiParticipantafter Melanie lights into her about staying out of her life, calling her names like "the husband killer" or, lately, "murderess", and Carly just squints her eyes and tears up, I want to slap her on the back and scream, "SPIT IT OUT, WOMAN!" I mean, isn’t that what you came here for…to find your kid. Well, you found her, damn it; did quite a lot of damage along the way, but it’s time to let the cat out of the bag. I’m sorry, but I’m back on the Hope bandwagon right about now, although her and Justin have about as much chemistry as Stephanie and any man she hasn’t already sucked the life out of. Okay, don’t throw things at me…y’all know I never liked Stephanie.
