Go find Stephen A. Smith’s video about it.  He was spot on.  If he really wanted to play football he could have gone and proven himself in the CFL or even arena football.  When he wore socks depicting cops as pigs, it was the last straw for me.  They need to quit giving him attention and let him go away and be miserable.

… when he and PG started drinking the red wine.  Kind of like it reminded him of something, but he couldn’t put his finger on it.

If Rudolph hadn’t gone after Garrett after the Steelers o-lineman had pulled Garrett away, the helmet swing and ensuing melee never would have happened.

Saw the lowlight this morning.  Dang, what a mess.  I think there were several contributing factors.

    1. Rudolph had thrown multiple picks and was frustrated.

    2. Players are taught to play hard until the game is over.  I’m not sure if Garrett knew Rudolph had thrown the ball prior to wrapping him up.  We don’t know where his eyes were directed as his head should have been down when starting the tackle.  If he didn’t know the ball had been thrown, he was trying to make a play.  If he was aware the ball was gone, he should have let up.

    3. Rudolph grabbed at Garrett’s helmet first.  He also was pushing Garrett away with his foot which has been reported to have gone "night in the ruts" to use an Aerosmith album title.

    4. After Garrett (with Rudolph’s helment in hand) was pulled away, Rudolph went after him again.  I’m wondering if anything (such as THE word) was said at that point to trigger the swinging of the helmet.

I’m definitely not condoning Garrett’s actions, but both parties bear responsibility for the escalation after an unnecessary tackle. It’s been reported he has already been suspended for the rest of the year.  Rudolph needs to sit for at least a game.

Like you said, it’s definitely a black eye on the NFL and was a disgraceful display.

James R. is an awesome smooth-talking villian.  Where did you see he was coming back and when will he be onscreen?

Right now the Rolf planted a chip with Sefano’s memories into Johnny theory sounds plausible.

If that’s the case, my FF button will be busy again.

It’s a dog and pony show.  Even if the House votes for it, the Senate will shoot it down.  A total waste of taxpayer money and it’s interrupting Days to boot.

I really like this kid.  I just hope he stays like he is and doesn’t turn into Cam Newton press conference after the Super Bowl if something goes wrong.

Casey, I was shocked the Bills lost.  Allen’s fumbles are akin to what we went through with Minshew whose ball handling skills need to be improved.

The Pack eked out a W.  There were some bad ref calls on both sides of the ball.  I don’t think McCaffrey made it in because of positioning of him in relation to the lineman who was pulling him forward.  LOL, he reminded me of a bad Vaudeville act getting yanked off the stage.  The only thing missing was the cane.

We’ll see how the Jags do with Foles.  We have to run the table to have a shot at the playoffs.
