I wish they’d spend more money on trying to find a cure for Alzheimer’s than spend it on research so some guy can get a woody.
My dad was diagnosed with a more aggressive form of Alzheimer’s 3 years ago. He’s in stage 5 with signs of stage 6, but is still at home. Thankfully he’s very cooperative with my step mom and has not been combative in any way. Dad never realized that he was forgetting things and to this day he doesn’t have a clue that anything is wrong.
My neighbor John behaved more along the lines of Caroline though he didn’t get as angry. He had dementia that was caused by severe diabetes.
Someone explained to me that dementia is a symptom while Alzheimer’s is a disease. Has anyone else heard this?
First of all, I hate they had Nicole lose another child. I really liked the thought of her and Daniel getting together. I’m sure they are going to have her plotting and scheming. Ari is awesome, and I wish they would let the character develop. Nicole has a softer side that the writers show for a moment, but then they send her back to the same old stuff.
Loved the scenes Friday between Mel and Nick. Molly has done such a wonderful job with the character. I wish her the best, but hope that she comes back soon.
Ari is awesome and I’ve been hoping for so long that Nicole would find someone who really loves her. I hate what they continue to do to the character. Let her be a strong woman who doesn’t have to scheme to get a man.

Having been under the knife several times, I hold nurses in the highest regard. If you have nice nurses come into your room, it makes a hospital stay so much more tolerable. You are choosing one of the most noble careers in the world. Best of luck to you!
Amazing how many stunt doubles there are! Wish there was a site that posted the filming of these scenes. They were quite the rush!
I can’t get enough of these two. Whenever Maggie goes back at Vic he gets such a priceless look on his face.
It still amazes me how good they can make this stuff look. Wish there was a site that showed how they filmed all of that. What a rush!
