Ejerk and Stefano have had Nicole’s baby all this time. It was a HUGE set up. This is revealed during the wedding. Which of course totallly blows everyone and everything out of the water.

*During the wedding someone comes in and announces they have ironclad proof that Ejerk stole the money from John and shows the proof. Since it ended up with so many people nearly getting shot Sami freaks out and due to proof Ejerk is hauled off in handcuffs.

How ever, that legal document has to state he is the father. He would have to go to court. Until he did he has no rights in the eyes of the law. Anyone can claim paternity, but until it is recognized legally, there are not many options
