Legally, Victor can do nothing. At this point Chloe has sole custody and daniel’sname is not on the birth certificate. If he interferd, he could be charge with interference of custody, go to jail and conceivably hurt daniel’s access to his son. He could only be granted supervised visits.
Chloe did not kidnap Parker. She has FULL custody. Orangeman’s name is NOT on the birth certificate. As it stands, legally he has no rights at the moment. Without his name on the birth certificate, he has no say at all.

Daniel’s name is not on the birth certificate. Chloe is the mother. She has full custody. At this time Daniel has zero rights. She can not kidnap her own child.
I really want to see ejerk pay dearly for all of these things. I can definitely see romantic chemistry in Lumi. LUMI is the ONLY pairing I will ever support for Sami.
