Alice was no longer recognizing those she loved in the present? The thought Tom was there when it was Nathan. I’m guessing she may have also thought Hope was her mother, Addie. All the people that have left? They also said, she never was able to handle Mickey’s passing either. I would say that was fairly normal, no parent plans on outliving their children.
the best lines lately! It was interesting that in the newest SOD, the actors were commenting on how the last time they were on Days (the returning ones anyway), they had just had their kids and now many are having kids heading to college. Yikes, has it been that long????
potential with Shane and Kim as they have a very rich past history that could tie in with what is happening now on the show. I just suspect that neither is back long term. Although, Anna was only supposed to appear for a week or so and look how long she lasted!

as a kid we a girl in the neighborhood with that name. Another time years later, there was one in our school. The girl was getting into trouble on the playground and another teacher was yelling, "see-oh-ban" thinking that was how it was said and the child kept doing what she was doing because that wasn’t her name, lol. They had name tags on so the teacher thought she was correct. I finally asked if "Shuh-von" was who she wanted and that solved the problem. It’s an unusual name in that the pronunciation isn’t the way it looks.

during ‘writers table’ discussions, they get silly themselves and then decided to send it to their dialogue writers to add some humor to the show. When she saw the dialogue that was given, they thought it was great and even better than what they thought they’d get, so they are doing more of it. I love it too! It is especially good coming from characters like Victor who has always said what he thinks.
