I’m kidding, I guess you meant Melanie? As to changing history on Melanie: I don’t think they really needed to do that as we never learned who Melanie’s mother was to begin with. The only ones that were connected to her were Max (believed to be her half-brother) and Trent (? I think that was his name who was supposed to be Max’s biological father). Since Trent never acted very fatherly to her, it isn’t much of stretch to believe that Lawrence gave him the girl as a baby. If I remember the story, Trent made her get money for them and it sounded like she was prostituted to do it. Other than Nicole’s father or some other lowlife, what real father would do that to their daughter? It would make a lot more sense that he wasn’t her biological father and just pretended to be and used her for his own purposes. Carly also didn’t seem to like the "him" that her daughter was given to.
came out with her about her mother, I can see why she is so sad. I’d like to see the back story explored and her get some help to overcome her bad life. Maybe then she could become more like a typical teenager.
I’d get rid of Carly before Stephanie but that’s jmho. I think they need to get Stephanie in an interesting story. Maybe it’s not the character as much as the story? I’d love to see her get involved in some type of mystery etc.
Vivian to fight and for Vivian to get closer to Melanie? Would Melanie be in Vivian’s path if not for the engagement? I don’t think so.
I don’t dislike EJ but he’s too much like Stefano. He was good with Nicole and I’m sure there might be someone else that he could be with besides Sami. EJ is very controlling and while Sami might need a little controlling at times, she needs a different type to help the character mature than EJ is capable of providing. JMHO
do a reverse SORAS’d when their kids have kids. I’m wondering if they are de-aging Philip now to put him with Melanie? lol I want to see it when EJ goes back to his real age – 2 years younger than Will! lol.
don’t they still have to pay a residual if they show their work? If the answer is yes, that’s probably why we don’t see the old shots.
Will never aged the way Philip and EJ (Feb. 1997) did either. Philip (Feb. 1995) and Will (Nov. 1995) were born in the same year but something weird happened to them along the way.
Now EJ is older than Philip and had two kids with Will’s mother, how scary is that?! Justin’s twins were born in 1990 so they should also be older than EJ and Philip! when she first came to Salem with 5 yr. old Carrie she was hospitalized with a medical condition but I can’t remember what it was. Lupus? Not sure but maybe one of the other long term viewers will remember. I seem to think it was something that could be controlled but not cured.
let’s see: Rafe really grew up and got his values from the nuns at the orphanage. Arianna finally matured after she went to jail for drug dealing/using? And Gabi runs all over the state like no one cares where she goes or who she decides to visit. Plus, she controls if/when/where she goes to school?! And the only thing we learned about the mother is that she went to take care of the children’s grandmother over Thanksgiving and sent her teenager to check on her adult children? Sounds a like a winner to me, lol!
and Rafe spent time at the orphanage but from what we can tell, wasn’t an orphan. They have a mother who sent Gabi to check on Arianna and Rafe while she spent time with a grandmother at Thanksgiving. It was weird and still hasn’t really been explained.
less enjoyable is sitting down to a huge meal. What you’re grazing on is the key, lol. During the summer, I constantly graze in my garden (fruits/veggies‚ and lose weight but there are no cookies/cheese/crackers/chips/ice cream cones/candy/etc. growing in my garden, lol.
Melanie got from Philip! lol His looked huge on her hand and not nearly as attractive. It had to be big enough for Nathan to see across the room, I guess. lol
tonight. Right now they’re showing a Boyfriend for Christmas which ironically stars Patrick Muldoon (original Austin).
