Hattie Adams bore a resemblance to Marlena Evans. Under the guidance of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf, she had plastic surgery to increase this resemblance. Stefano DiMera planned to use Hattie against Marlena, but never implemented such a plan. Hattie eventually had further surgery to look identical to Marlena and reappeared briefly in 2004. Andrea Hall had retired from acting, so Deidre Hall portrayed Hattie in 2004 and in the current storyline.

Many years ago, DOOL had Lucas in a storyline where his hair was slicked back the way Sonny’s is now. It didn’t look good on Lucas and it doesn’t look good on Sonny.
I’m unable to post a new topic here, so I’m latching on to this one. Bill Hayes and his wife, Susan Seaforth Hayes, were recently in the audience at The Tonight Show. Here’s the link to the conversation that Bill had with host Jimmy Fallon.
I think that Tripp doesn’t want any patients to actually suffer any harm or die. He just wants to make Kayla look careless and irresponsible.
I also liked Nicole’s hair at the Martin House party. Many bottle blondes have an inch or two of dark roots showing and that’s not an attractive look. Nicole’s hair looked more like it had blonde highlights and streaks instead of blonde all over.
If Dario had been born in the USA, he would be a US citizen and would not be threatened with deportation. He said he just had to re-file his papers, which sounds like a technicality for someone born in another country and in the process of becoming a US citizen.
Rafe must have been born in the USA, which automatically makes him a citizen, regardless of his parents’ status. Next came Dario, born in Mexico, so his parents could not have been US citizens yet (or else he would be, too). By the time Arianna (deceased) and Gabi were born, it was either in the USA, so they would automatically be citizens, or if either of them were born in Mexico, one of their parents had to be a citizen by then.
The deportation storyline was apparently written and filmed shortly after last November’s election. I guess it’s the writers attempt to keep up with current events. Was that The Donald’s signature on the deportation letter? (lol)
I think Tripp bears a resemblance to actor Don Grady (1944-2012), who was one of the Mickey Mouse Club Mousketeers in the late 1950s. Grady also portrayed Robbie Douglas on My Three Sons (1960-72).
Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) turned 50 last month. Eric Martsolf (Brady) will be 46 in July. Arianne Zucker (Nicole) will be 43 in June. The character of Jennifer was born in 1976. The character of Brady was born in 1992. Jennifer’s children (the characters, not the actors) were born in: Abby (1992) and JJ (2004). Obviously, all the characters have been aged at some point (SORAS — Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome).
Twins Sami and Eric Brady were born in 1984. In 1993, DOOL changed their date of birth to 1977. Almost all children are aged when they get to be six or seven years old (not many storylines for pre-teens). Every several years or so, DOOL needs a new crop of teenagers, so all the youngsters get aged.
Greg Vaughn (Eric) will be 44 in June, so the actor is six years younger than Missy Reeves. Jennifer would be several years older than Eric on DOOL.
